Former Tottenham Hotspur manager Harry Redknapp has urged teams to sign "top talent" Ravel Morrison.
Morrison, 22, has had his dedication questioned in the past and is without a club following his release by West Ham United.
He is reportedly keen to find a club in England and Redknapp, who managed him while in charge of Queens Park Rangers, believes that he has a "great attitude".
"Anyone looking for a top player this summer should look at Ravel Morrison," tweeted Redknapp. "Top talent, decent lad, not hard to manage. Can play for England.
"Ravel was good in training and had a great attitude when I worked with him. Glides when he has the ball, just hope he puts it all together."
Morrison signed a pre-contract with Lazio, but a move to Italy seems unlikely.
