Glasgow Rangers have been hit with a fine of £50,000 for failing to notify the Stock Exchange that owner Craig Whyte had once been disqualified as a director.
Scottish champions Glasgow Rangers have been fined £50,000 by the Stock Exchange.
The decision was taken following the club's failure to disclose the fact that owner Craig Whyte had been previously disqualified as a director.
It is the latest financial setback for Rangers, who entered administration earlier this month.
There is currently speculation that a number of staff members will be made redundant at some point this week.
