Rangers boss Steven Gerrard has revealed that his club are "in discussions" with potential new signings ahead of the opening of the January transfer window.
Ryan Jack scored the only goal of the match as Rangers recorded a 1-0 win over bitter rivals Celtic in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday afternoon.
Jack's 30th-minute effort saw Rangers beat Celtic in the league for the first time in almost seven years and helped the Gers move level on points with their rivals at the top of the division.
After the match, Gerrard was asked about the club's plans for the January transfer window, and the former Liverpool captain confirmed that "discussions" were taking place.
"We're in discussions but today is not about targets or what we're going do. I think the chairman (Dave King) wants to enjoy an Old Firm victory - it's one of the things he asked me to deliver," Gerrard told reporters.
Rangers are not back in action until a Scottish Cup clash with Cowdenbeath on January 18.
