Rangers manager Ally McCoist admits that his side must look for attacking reinforcements during the transfer window.

Rangers manager Ally McCoist has insisted that they must stengthen during the transfer window after his side were left with only one fit striker.

Nikica Jelavic and Kyle Lafferty have joined the injury list at Ibrox and David Healy is now the only senior striker available for selection.

McCoist said: "Obviously, we need [to be] strengthened in forward areas. The injuries to Jelavic and Naimsith and now Lafferty haven't done anything to change my opinion.

"I have a list of names. I know what we want and what we need."

Former Rangers forward Nacho Novo is curently being linked with a January return to the club after falling out of favour with Spanish side Sporting Gijon.
