RB Leipzig manager Ralph Hasenhuttl has insisted that in-demand duo Naby Keita and Emil Forsberg "feel comfortable" with the Bundesliga outfit amid speculation that the pair could move on this summer.
Keita, 22, has been strongly linked with a move to Liverpool since the end of last season, and it is understood that the Reds made a £65m bid for the midfielder over the weekend.
Forsberg, meanwhile, has previously been linked with a move to Arsenal after scoring eight times and registering 19 assists in 30 Bundesliga appearances last term.
"You can see that they feel comfortable here and are looking forward to the new season," Hasenhuttl told Kicker. "They know very well what they have here.
"It's a huge compliment for us that we awoke such desires from other teams, but it's not the general idea of our path to allow players to leave with the first offer we receive. Our goal is to become a large and well-established club and that is what we have done this summer, a significant step."
Leipzig finished second in the Bundesliga table last season - three points clear of third-placed Borussia Dortmund.
