New Reading boss Nigel Adkins says that his team must go into tomorrow's Arsenal match with a winning mentality.

New Reading manager Nigel Adkins has urged his players to head to the Emirates thinking that they can snatch all three points from Arsenal.

The former Southampton boss will take charge of his first game as Royals boss tomorrow when the struggling Premier League outfit take on the fifth-placed Gunners.

"We have to have the mentality to win the game, although that does not mean we are going to go gung-ho because, with the players Arsenal have, that will only give you problems," Sky Sports News quotes Adkins as saying. "We just have to believe in what we are going there to do."

The Royals are currently second from bottom in the table.
