AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has ruled out a move for former star Kaka.
The Brazilian playmaker is expected to leave the Bernabeu after four frustrating years in the Spanish capital this summer.
A loan switch back to the San Siro nearly materialised in January, but the deal is believed to have collapsed due to the 31-year-old's wage demands.
Galliani admitted that the Rossoneri would still struggle to cover his salary and, as a result, will not be making another bid.
"Kaka has very high wages and is now 31, so I can rule out any move to Milan," the 68-year-old told legaseriea.it.
Kaka has expressed his desire to stay at Madrid for the remaining two years of his contract.
