Rochdale striker Ian Henderson has agreed terms on a new two-year deal at the League Two outfit.
Henderson arrived at the club in February and assistant manager Chris Beech said that he has shown enough to be rewarded with a new deal.
"To get Ian on a two-year-deal is fantastic," Beech told the club's official website.
"What he brings to the football club in terms of his physicality, his running ability, his goalscoring attributes and his professionalism on a daily basis will only help us a team.
"He is also a great mentor for the younger players who will be around the squad next season."
Henderson has scored three goals in 12 games since arriving at Spotland.
