Ibrahimovic struck again 12 minutes from time to open up a two goal advantage for the Rossoneri.
Former Barcelona striker Bojan brought the home side to within a goal of Milan two minutes from time, but it proved to be little more than a consolation strike for Luis Enrique's side.
