Manolo Gabbiadini hails "great" Sampdoria after Udinese fightback

Manolo Gabbiadini says that Sampdoria proved that they are a "great team" following their 2-2 draw with Udinese, in which they came from behind.

Sampdoria forward Manolo Gabbiadini has praised his side for their performance against Udinese this afternoon.

The Blucerchiati came from behind to earn a 2-2 draw in their Serie A match and stretched their unbeaten run to seven games.

"We proved that we are a great team, not just for our performance today, but for our position in the table throughout the season," he told Sky Sport Italia.

"Today it was going badly at a certain stage, but we kept our concentration and found the equaliser in the second half."

Sampdoria are currently fourth in the Serie A table.
