Sheffield United have completed the signing of striker Birmingham City on a contract until the end of the season.
The Jamaican frontman, 33, was a free agent following release by mutual consent from Birmingham City last month.
"Marlon is vastly experienced and has scored goals throughout his career, many of which that have come in the Championship," said Blades boss David Weir on the club website.
"We have been lacking someone with his experience and knowhow and his presence will take the pressure off the younger lads, whilst giving everyone a lift.
"Marlon has recently played international football so although he hasn't played at club level this season we will be looking to introduce him as quickly as possible."
The Blades have not had a great start to the season and currently lie in League One's relegation zone.
