Sochaux president Laurent Pernet has insisted that the club have not received "a single concrete offer" for midfielder Ryad Boudebouz.
Southampton have been strongly linked with a move for the 23-year-old this summer, but Pernet has quelled suggestions that the Saints have made a bid for his services.
"We had a lot of contacts but not a single concrete offer for the player. Ryad is dreaming of playing at a great club one day, but nobody has made a move for him," he told L'Equipe.
The Algerian international has just one year remaining on his current deal.
