Southampton manager Ronald Koeman believes that Eljero Elia is becoming a vital part of the team, as long as he keeps his "concentration" on football.
The winger joined the Saints from Werder Bremen on loan earlier this month and has already impressed by netting a brace in Saturday's 2-1 victory over Newcastle United.
"He's fast, he's strong and he was very sharp inside and outside the box and made two fantastic goals," the Daily Echo quotes Koeman as saying.
"He's not a young player, the player is already 27. If he keeps his concentration to football, and if he doesn't do that I have to say something to him.
"I think the player is doing well, the player is showing a lot of discipline and he's happy to be in Southampton and he showed that on the pitch."
Southampton are currently third in the Premier League table.
