Mauricio Pochettino: 'Pablo Osvaldo could leave Southampton'

Southampton boss Mauricio Pochettino hints that Pablo Osvaldo could leave the club before the closure of the transfer window.

Southampton manager Mauricio Pochettino has hinted that striker Pablo Osvaldo could leave the club before the transfer window closes.

The 28-year-old is currently serving a two-week suspension imposed by the club for a training ground altercation with his teammate Jose Fonte last week.

"At the moment there's no news regarding Dani Osvaldo," Soccerway quotes Pochettino as saying.

"But there's still a day-and-a-half left to finish the transfer activity so anything can happen. I don't know because I'm not in charge of that situation, anything is possible."

Juventus general manager Beppe Marotta has confirmed that the club are interested in signing the Italy international.
