Italian outfit Lazio will be investigated by UEFA for incidents which arose during their Europa League clash with Tottenham Hotspur in November.
It is understood that Lazio supporters will be investigated for the throwing of missiles and fireworks, while the club will face proceedings for late team arrival and late handling of the team sheet.
Tottenham also face punishment, however, due to reports of crowd disturbances during the meeting in Rome.
The cases will be held by the professional body on January 24.
