Harry Redknapp says that Gareth Bale is unstoppable.

Harry Redknapp has said that Gareth Bale is "unplayable", following Tottenham's 2-0 win against Norwich last night.

Bale, who scored both of Tottenham's goals to take his league total to seven on the season so far, has put his side – who still have a game in hand – within seven points of the league-leading Manchester clubs.

"I changed the system and let [Bale] and Rafael [van der Vaart] play a free role," he said. "I told them to play where they wanted – gave them a licence to join Emmanuel Adebayor.

"When Gareth picks up the ball and turns and runs at you, he is unplayable.

"We moved the ball well and passed it great. When we passed and kept it, we kept control of the game."

Tottenham are currently four points above fourth-place Chelsea in the Premier League.
