Harry Redknapp is unlikely to be in the dugout for Tottenham's match against Fulham at the weekend while recovering from minor heart surgery.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Harry Redknapp is expected to be absent from the touchline for the weekend's Premier League match against Fulham as he recovers from surgery.

The 64-year-old underwent a minor heart procedure yesterday which has ruled him out of Spurs' Europa League clash against Rubin Kazan this evening.

While the former Portsmouth manager is unlikely to take charge at the Fulham match, he could be in attendance in the directors' box at Craven Cottage, according to The Independent.

Meanwhile, coaches Joe Jordan and Kevin Bond will take over from Redknapp in Russia tonight.
