Tottenham Hotspur decide to lead with lone striker Son Heung-min as they take on visitors Manchester City in the Premier League.

Tottenham Hotspur have decided to lead with lone striker Son Heung-min in place of the injured Harry Kane as they take on visitors Manchester City in the Premier League this afternoon.

The hosts have opted for a five-man midfield, which will make use of the creative qualities of Erik Lamela, Moussa Sissoko and Christian Eriksen.

As for City, frontman Sergio Aguero continues up top as a lone striker, while support is to come from Jesus Navas, Raheem Sterling and David Silva.

New keeper Claudio Bravo keeps his place in goal, while John Stones and Nicolas Otamendi will maintain their developing partnership at the back.
