Ajax remain interested in signing Tottenham Hotspur attacker Steven Bergwijn, according to a report.

Ajax are reportedly still interested in signing Tottenham Hotspur attacker Steven Bergwijn and could move for him during this summer's transfer window.

The Dutch giants were strongly linked with the 24-year-old in January, but the transfer deadline passed with the Netherlands international still at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Bergwijn has made 23 appearances for Spurs during the 2021-22 campaign, contributing three goals and two assists, but he has featured on just 16 occasions in the Premier League.

AC Milan continue to be strongly linked with the attacker, who has more than three years left to run on his contract in North London.

However, according to Italian journalist Rudy Galetti, there is also still interest from Ajax, with the Dutch outfit ready to consider another move at the end of the season.

Galetti claims that Tottenham value Bergwijn in the region of €30m (£25m), although it is unclear whether Erik ten Hag's side would be prepared to pay that fee for his services.

The attacker has scored seven goals and registered 10 assists in 74 appearances for his Premier League club since making the move from PSV Eindhoven in January 2020.
