Andre Ayew confirms Marseille exit

Reported Premier League target Andre Ayew confirms that he will leave Marseille this summer.

Andre Ayew has revealed that he will be leaving Ligue 1 giants Marseille at the end of the season.

The Ghanaian has been linked with several Premier League sides and OM president Vincent Labrune has suggested that the club would be unable to keep him at the Stade Velodrome.

Ayew has since confirmed that his five-year stay at Marseille will be coming to an end.

"I will be leaving the club," he is quoted by Get French Football News as saying.

"We tried to look for the best way for me to stay. But it was a bit difficult financially and in terms of aims."

Everton and Tottenham Hotspur are among the clubs rumoured to be monitoring the forward.
