Gareth Bale 'has no plans to ever return to Tottenham Hotspur'

Gareth Bale reportedly has no intention of ever returning to Tottenham Hotspur as he tries to force through a move to Real Madrid.

Gareth Bale reportedly has no intention of ever returning to Tottenham Hotspur as he continues to push through a move to Real Madrid.

The Wales international has been at the centre of this summer's transfer saga, with Madrid believed to be willing to offer £86m for the prolific winger, who is poised to become the most expensive player in football history.

Bale returned to the UK earlier this week following a weekend in Spain, where he was expected to wrap up a transfer to the former La Liga champions.

However, an agreement is yet to be made between the two parties, despite reports claiming that Bale said goodbye to his teammates last week.

It is understood that Bale, who failed to attend training yesterday, has no plans to return to the North London club, but wants it to be known that he still has 'affection' towards the club and supporters, according to Sky Sports News.

Reports have emerged stating that Bale could complete his move to the Bernabeu today.
