Sebastian Bassong joins Wolves on loan from Tottenham Hotspur.

Tottenham Hotspur defender Sebastian Bassong has reportedly agreed a deal with Wolverhampton Wanderers over a loan move.

Bassong has struggled to find first-team football at White Hart Lane this season and was rumoured to be eager to leave Harry Redknapp's side.

The deal had replied upon Spurs signing Ryan Nelsen from Blackburn Rovers on a free transfer.

Wolves are currently struggling in the Premier League and lost 3-0 to Liverpool on Tuesday evening.

Bassong joined Tottenham from Newcastle United in 2009.
