Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg has confirmed that he will be staying with Ange Postecoglou's side beyond Thursday's transfer deadline.
The 28-year-old was linked with a move away from Spurs last summer, and there has again been speculation surrounding his future during the January market.
Earlier this week, Hojbjerg's lawyer Lars Halgreen said that his client would not be leaving the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium despite a host of speculation.
The Denmark international has now revealed that there is no chance that he will be departing the North London outfit, with the midfielder set to finish the campaign with Spurs.
"When the lawyer says it, I think we have to listen! So, yeah I can confirm that," The Athletic has quoted him as saying.

Hojbjerg has featured on 24 occasions for Spurs during the 2023-24 campaign, including 21 outings in the Premier League.
The midfielder is not first choice in the middle, though, and he has only been named in the first XI on five occasions in England's top flight this term.
Hojbjerg's future is likely to again be the subject of speculation during this summer's transfer window, with his contract due to expire in June 2025.
However, the Dane is confident that he can still play an important role for Postecoglou's side in the second half of the 2023-24 campaign, with the team chasing a Champions League finish.

"I definitely feel I can help the team," he added. "The key is that we are playing for something. I always said in the past like I say now, what drives me is the purpose of fighting for something and I definitely feel that Tottenham is fighting for something."
Ajax, Juventus and Lyon are believed to be among the clubs to have considered moves for him during the winter transfer window.
Hojbjerg made the move to Tottenham from Southampton in the summer of 2020, and he has represented the club on 169 occasions, scoring 10 goals and registering 16 assists in the process.
The midfielder came off the bench against Brentford on Thursday evening to help Spurs record a 3-2 victory, with the result moving the capital team into fourth position in the Premier League table.
Meanwhile, Tottenham are allegedly going head-to-head with Barcelona for the signature of in-demand teenager Lucas Bergvall.
