Tottenham Hotspur sell Milos Veljkovic to Werder Bremen

Tottenham Hotspur youngster Milos Veljkovic joins Werder Bremen on a permanent deal.

Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed that youngster Milos Veljkovic has left the club to join Werder Bremen on a permanent deal.

Mauricio Pochettino has one of the youngest first teams in the Premier League, but 20-year-old Veljkovic has failed to make his mark at White Hart Lane.

The Serbian youth international, who has featured 16 times for the club's Under-21s, had loan spells at Middlesbrough and Charlton Athletic last season.

Overall, Veljkovic made three appearances, one of which was in last season's Europa League campaign, for the first team.
