Sporting Lisbon striker Islam Slimani has emerged as a transfer target for Tottenham Hotspur, according to reports.
The 26-year-old impressed for Algeria at last year's World Cup, and has scored 10 goals in 24 games for the Portuguese side this season.
However, Sporting are ready to cash in on the striker in the summer, with Tottenham at the front of the queue for his signature, reports Portuguese newspaper O Jogo.
Slimani, who has scored 14 goals in 32 appearances for Algeria, turned down the chance to join West Ham United last summer.
