Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly weighing up a £10m move for Marseille midfielder Maxime Lopez.
The 22-year-old has been a regular for his French club during the 2019-20 campaign, making 27 appearances in all competitions, including 23 in Ligue 1.
Lopez's existing deal with Marseille will expire at the end of next season, though, and there has recently been speculation surrounding the midfielder's future.
According to the Daily Star, the former France Under-21 international is likely to leave the Stade Velodrome at the end of the campaign and could be available for the relatively low figure of £10m, which has attracted the attention of Tottenham.
Lopez, who has also been linked with West Ham United, is said to be keen on a switch to England.
A recent report claimed that Spurs boss Jose Mourinho could have as much as £135m to spend on new players during this summer's transfer window.
