It could be one midfielder in and one out at Stoke City, with Steven N'Zonzi poised to arrive from Blackburn and Wilson Palacios linked with Fulham.

Stoke City are reportedly working hard to complete a late deal for Blackburn Rovers midfielder Steven N'Zonzi, while Wilson Palacios looks poised to leave the club.

N'Zonzi has been seeking a move away from Ewood Park ever since Rovers were relegated from the Premier League.

The Potters were among a host of top-flight clubs interested in the 23-year-old, and appear to have won the race for his signature after Sky Sports News revealed that he has arrived at the Britannia Stadium for talks.

Meanwhile, Palacios joined Stoke from Tottenham Hotspur on last year's deadline day but has failed to establish himself under Tony Pulis.

Former Spurs boss Martin Jol is reportedly keen to bring the Honduran to Fulham, while Greek side Olympiakos are also believed to be considering an approach.
