Swansea City's Jordi Amat ruled out for remainder of season

Jordi Amat will miss Swansea City's final three games of the Premier League season as a result of a broken metatarsal.

Swansea City defender Jordi Amat will play no further part in the club's season, due to a foot injury sustained last month.

The Spanish full-back, who has made 12 appearances for the Swans in all competitions this campaign, will now miss games against Arsenal, Manchester City and Crystal Palace.

A scan this week revealed that the 23-year-old had sustained a broken metatarsal, which will see him spend the remainder of this month on the sidelines.

Meanwhile, Swansea have recalled Dwight Tiendalli from his loan spell at Middlesbrough, while Jazz Richards is back in South Wales following a temporary switch to Fulham.
