Toronto FC 1-1 Philadelphia Union

Toronto are denied their first win in nine games as a late goal sees them draw 1-1 with Philadelphia Union.

A late goal from Sheanon Williams has earned Philadelphia Union a 1-1 draw at fellow strugglers Toronto FC.

After a goalless first half, the hosts went ahead just before the hour as Eric Hassli fired low into the far corner.

Jack McInerney had a great chance to equalise for Union on 76 minutes, but he somehow missed from six yards.

However, the visitors went on to earn a share of the spoils with five minutes to go when Williams converted Michael Farfan's cross.
