Valencia are reportedly the favourites to bring Cardiff City midfielder Gary Medel back to La Liga this season.
The Chilean international moved to the Welsh outfit from Sevilla last summer, but largely struggled to settle in the Premier League.
Following Cardiff's relegation to the Championship, it is understood that Medel has informed his agent to find him another club, preferably in La Liga.
According to Wales Online, the strongest interest has arrived from Valencia, who will have money to spend this summer following Peter Lim's purchase of the Spanish outfit.
Malaga are also reportedly believed to be interested in the World Cup-bound midfielder.
