Craig Bellamy's Wales future is in doubt following the resignation of Raymond Verheijen from the coaching staff.

Craig Bellamy's Wales future is reportedly in doubt following coach Raymond Verheijen's resignation.

The Dutchman, who had previously worked as the late Gary Speed's assistant, stepped down on Friday night after a dispute with the Football Association of Wales.

Bellamy is one of a number of senior players who are thought to be disappointed with Verheijen's departure, according to BBC Sport.

Chris Coleman, who was appointed as manager of the side last month, will be on the sidelines for Wednesday's match in Speed's memory against Costa Rica at the Cardiff City Stadium.
