Baggies boss Roy Hodgson has urged his side to avoid leaving any points at Molineux in their big derby clash this afternoon.
Hodgson, whose side could move eight points clear of the drop with a win on the road, knows that defeat at their local rivals would pull his side back into the relegation dogfight.
"It's a very big game," he said. "It's always a big game when we play Wolves.
"It might not be a derby which the whole of England see as being of tremendous importance – but it is of tremendous importance in the West Midlands.
"Both clubs are realistic enough to know that keeping our status in the Premier League is a worthwhile thing to achieve, and of course we don't want to be leaving points on the other club's turf."
West Brom are without a win in their last three games in all competitions.
