West Bromwich Albion have reportedly made a final £3.75m offer for England goalkeeper Ben Foster.
Foster, 29, spent last season on loan at the Baggies from Birmingham City and Albion are reportedly keen to finalise a move before pre-season training begins, according to the Daily Star.
However, the Midlands club are reportedly unprepared to meet Birmingham's valuation of £5m, with Foster's contract due to expire next season.
Foster has five international caps to his name.
