West Ham United defender Aaron Cresswell has challenged his teammates to not let their season "fizzle out" following Saturday's 2-1 defeat to Leicester City.
The Hammers suffered their fourth loss in five Premier League games as Andy King's late goal made the difference at the King Power Stadium.
Despite slipping towards the bottom half of the table, Cresswell wants West Ham to pick up as many points as possible during their remaining games.
"We've got seven games left to try and make sure we don't let the season fizzle out," he told the club's official website. "We've had some tough games recently but it's not an excuse though. With seven games to go we have to try and get any many points as possible."
West Ham return to action this Saturday when they welcome Stoke City to Upton Park in the league.
