West Ham United players 'hold crisis meeting' as pressure builds on Slaven Bilic

West Ham United players reportedly hold a crisis meeting on Monday following last week's damaging defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion.

West Ham United captain Mark Noble reportedly led crisis talks on Monday following the club's fifth defeat of the Premier League season.

Slaven Bilic is understood to have been given two games to save his job due to the team's 3-0 defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion last Friday.

According to the Daily Mail, Noble delivered harsh words to his teammates in the dressing room after the recent loss as he felt that there was not enough of an emotional reaction to the result at the London Stadium.

The publication claims that the club captain held a meeting with the rest of the players on Monday after speaking to Bilic earlier on in the day.

Some members of the team, who sit 16th in the table, are reportedly privately unhappy with the manager's training methods and tactics on the pitch.

Bilic's current contract expires at the end of this season.
