West Ham United have been promoted back to the Premier League at the first time of asking courtesy of a 2-1 win over Blackpool at Wembley this afternoon.
The two sides looked to be heading for extra time until Ricardo Vaz Te scored three minutes from the end to send the Hammers back to the top flight.
The playoff win has brought an end to West Ham's 12-month stint in the Championship and they will join already promoted Reading and Southampton in the Premier League.
Meanwhile, Ian Holloway's Blackpool now face another season at least in England's second tier.
