Lou Macari has described relegation-threatened Wolverhampton Wanderers as a "shambles".
Terry Connor's men fell to yet another defeat against Bolton Wanderers last weekend.
Wolves travel to the Brittania Stadium this weekend and ex-Potters boss Macari has blamed owner Steve Morgan for the Midlands club's plummet down the table.
The 62-year-old believes that the problems began when Morgan tried to assert his authority over the dressing room.
"Wolves are simply a shambles at the moment," the Daily Mail quotes Macari as saying. "They are arguing among themselves, look totally disorganised, are conceding goals for fun and are losing points hand over fist.
"It all stems from the top. Stoke's supporters should take a look down the road at Molineux and count their blessings. It all started falling apart when their chairman, Steve Morgan, stomped into the dressing-room to have his say after watching his team get beaten.
"That undermines the manager and gives players the excuse to moan and groan. And moaning players are a recipe for bad team spirit and bad results. At Stoke, in chairman Peter Coates, leadership on football matters is in the hands of the right person. That's not the case at Wolves."
Wolves are currently bottom of the Premier League and six points from safety.
