MotoGP world champion Marc Marquez insists he will be motivated for next season

MotoGP double world champion Marc Marquez insists that he will be motivated for next season following his triumph.

Double MotoGP world champion Marc Marquez has insisted that he will be completely motivated for the 2015 campaign.

The 21-year-old retained his title in October and went on to break Mick Doohan's record of 12 race wins in Valencia.

"For me I will have the same motivation because I am 21," crash.net quotes Marquez as saying. "I will be 22 years [in 2015] and motivation is still very high. I know next season Valentino [Rossi] will still be there. I know Jorge [Lorenzo] will train a lot to arrive well to next season and also Dani [Pedrosa].

"He change some parts of his team and he will be 100% motivated too so this is the big motivation [for me]. When you see that your opponents are changing things to try to beat you then this is the main motivation to try and improve yourself."

Marquez is the youngest ever double world champion.
