Ajax fan 'in stable condition after fall'

Ajax reportedly reveal that the fan who suffered head injuries following a fall during their win over Barcelona is now in a stable condition.

Ajax have reportedly revealed that the supporter who suffered serious head injuries as a result of a fall during a Champions League match is in a stable condition.

The male supporter was rushed to hospital after he fell from a stand at Ajax's home ground in Amsterdam during the Dutch side's 2-1 victory over Barcelona on November 26.

Initially, the fan, who fell to the floor of the 'moat' behind the goal during the encounter, was placed in critical condition due to the severe head injuries.

According to 101greatgoals.com, the fan's family has revealed via the club that he is now in a stable condition and remains out of danger, but is staying in intensive care for the time being.

Ajax have claimed that they will keep in touch with the supporter's family.
