Manchester City winger Scott Sinclair has reportedly banned his girlfriend from accepting a place in the Celebrity Big Brother house.
According to The Sun, former Coronation Street actress Helen Flanagan was offered £250,000 to appear on the next series of the reality TV show.
A source told the paper: "She was their number one female target for this year's series. They thought she'd be spilling all her secrets in no time. But unfortunately Helen isn't interested, even for the massive fee.
"She and Scott are really happy and she doesn't want to jeopardise that. He wasn't keen on the idea, so it was a flat 'No'."
The report states that Sinclair ordered her to turn down the offer amid concerns that she would reveal their secrets.
