Former world number one tennis player Jennifer Capriati could reportedly be charged with battery and stalking offences.
The 36-year-old is expected to appear before a judge in Palm Beach County on April 17 after she was summoned by the court.
Capriati's ex-boyfriend Ivan Brannan is said to have accused the ex-professional of yelling and punching him while at a gym following months of stalking since they broke up last year, according to the Daily Mail.
The former Australian Open winner has not been arrested for the alleged incident from February 14.
