USA Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps has left a rehab facility after undergoing treatment following his recent drink-driving charge.
The 29-year-old, who is the most successful Olympian of all time with a total of 22 medals, confirmed that he is out of rehab by posting an image of himself enjoying Thanksgiving dinner with family and friends last week.
According to TMZ, Phelps has rekindled his on-off relationship with former Miss California Nicole Johnson, who was pictured with the swimmer and his family during the US holiday.
The reports come just days after Taylor Lianna Chandler claimed that her and Phelps only recently split following a romance that is said to have begun via dating app Tinder.
