The defence for Oscar Pistorius has closed its case in the Paralympic champion's murder trial at the High Court in Pretoria, South Africa.
The double amputee has been accused of murdering his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp, whom he shot dead through a bathroom door at his home in the early hours of Valentine's Day last year.
Lead defence counsel Barry Roux told the court that he wanted to call on several more witnesses, but failed to get them to the stand as they did not want their testimony being broadcast during proceedings.
Throughout the trial, which began in March, witnesses could ask not to be filmed by the cameras, but their voices would be heard.
Pistorius denies murder by maintaining that he mistook Steenkamp for an intruder when he fired four shots through the locked door.
The case has now been adjourned until August 7.
