Queens Park Rangers fan has playoff final ticket ripped up by dog

A Queens Park Rangers supporter reveals on Twitter that their Championship playoff final ticket was ripped up by their dog ahead of the clash at Wembley on Saturday.

A Queens Park Rangers supporter almost lost their seat at Saturday's Championship playoff final at Wembley after their dog ripped up the ticket.

Harry Redknapp's side will take on Derby County for a reported £125m prize and a place in the Premier League for next season.

The fan took to Twitter to post an image of the destroyed ticket, which the supporter's pet got hold of first when it arrived through the letter box.

QPR striker Charlie Austin noticed the supporter's anguish, which prompted the club to replace the fan's ticket so they can make it to the crucial fixture.
