West Bromwich Albion have launched a competition on their Facebook page giving fans the chance to win Jonas Olsson's blood-stained shirt.

The Swedish international was forced to play the majority of the Baggies' 2-1 win over Manchester United at Old Trafford with a bandage wrapped around his head following a collision.

The shirt he was wearing has now been placed as an "utterly amazing" competition prize, with the Premier League outfit claiming that fans will have to 'like' and share the Facebook post before 5pm today to win.

The idea prompted a mixed reaction from fans, with one writing: "I love west brom but this is a little weird."

Saturday's result put West Brom into 10th in the league table.
