WWE star Triple H has backed Andy Carroll to be a success in the wrestling ring if he ever decided to turn his back on football.
West Ham United's Carroll has only scored once for the Hammers this season after struggling to overcome a succession of injuries.
Triple H, whose real name is Paul Michael Levesque, remains a star in his own sport having first entered the ring in 1992.
The 46-year-old American has claimed that Carroll "has the right looks" to pursue a career in the ring.
"Maybe a player like Andy Carroll [would make a good wrestler]," The Mirror quotes Triple H as saying. "He is tall, likes to play it tough with the opposition and has the right looks with the long hair. He could be interesting."
Triple H is currently the executive vice-president of WWE.
