Wigan Warriors head coach Shaun Wane has admitted to being "really disappointed" by his side's performance against local rivals St Helens.
The Cherry and Whites let slip a narrow half-time lead to fall 30-14 in Friday night's clash at Langtree Park.
St Helens ran in three tries following the restart, and Wane has hit out at his players for failing to take the game to their opponents.
"It was really disappointing that [the supporters] didn't get to see anything we could do," he is quoted as saying by BBC Sport. "We just didn't throw enough at them and we made so many errors.
"There will be changes, but that was in my mind before the game anyway. We had two big games and a five-day turnaround, they had seven days so there are reasons for that performance.
"But when you couple that with 10 penalties and so many errors, you've just not a chance to win the game."
Wigan are currently third in the Super League table, three points off the Saints who lead the way.
