Fourth for Hannah Miley in 400m individual medley final

Great Britain's Hannah Miley finishes just outside the medal places in the 400m individual medley final at the World Swimming Championships.

Great Britain's Hannah Miley has narrowly missed out on a medal in the 400m individual medley final at the World Swimming Championships, finishing fourth at the Kazan Arena.

The former silver medallist in this event completed the race in a time of 4:34.79, just over two seconds behind third-placed Emily Overholt of Canada.

Defending champion Katinka Hosszu of Hungary retained her title, comfortably beating America's Maya Di Rado, who had to settle for the silver.

Miley's teammate, Aimee Willmott, finished seventh.
