Day nine of the US Open was postponed in its entirety after persistent rain prevented play at Flushing Meadows.
As a result, day ten will feature the four remaining men's fourth round matches, as well as the first two men's quarter finals and all four women's quarter finals.
The winners of the men's fourth round battles will be without a day of rest before their encounters in the final eight.
