Australia's Nick Kyrgios comes from a set down to beat seventh seed Milos Raonic in the third round at Wimbledon.

Nick Kyrgios has come from a set down to beat seventh seed Milos Raonic in the third round at Wimbledon.

The two big servers were well matched for the majority of the first set, but while serving at 5-4, the young Australian made three double faults in one game to gift his opponent the opener.

The 26th seed was frustrated early in the second set, throwing his racquet into the crowd, but regained his composure to break at 5-5, serving to level the match in the next game.

There was still little to separate the the duo throughout the third, resulting in the set going to a tie-break, where Kyrgios dropped the opening two points but then gained six in a row before edging ahead for the first time in the match.

Raonic appeared to be struggling with a shoulder injury early in the fourth set, preventing him from using his powerful serve, which handed Kyrgios the break, and last year's quarter-finalist was able to serve it out in the next game.

Kyrgios will face 21st seed Richard Gasquet of France in the fourth round.
